I came into Pet's Haven after searching on Google in 2015 for a suitable pet dog (as it was our first time adopting a dog). The staff was wonderful in matching our family to a beautiful Jack Russell. We have been blessed to have him now turn 12 years old, being loved and appreciated by all who come into our home. Thank you Pet's Haven Team for helping people find the right companion pet!
We are so thrilled with how our adoption has gone with Pets Haven! We contacted them to discuss a perfect fit for our family and they set up a meeting with Angelica a beautiful calico cat the following day for us. My kids and I went to meet her and the staff were beautiful and patient with my kids and let them meet the cats and spend time with Angelica the cat when we got there. We ended up adopting her and couldn’t be happier! She is a perfect fit for your family, loving, cuddly, patient with the kids and fits right in with our family!! Thank you Pets Haven for finding us our girl! We are so grateful
Staff were very friendly. The adoption process was straightforward and all paperwork was collated nicely. The enclosures the animals are housed in are of good size and it’s obvious the staff care a lot for the animals.
Adopt somewhere else. I returned a dog after 2 days, and now after 5 months, I haven't received my $700 refund yet. I took the matter to Vcat because, unfortunately, Consumer Affairs wasn't able to get my refund, and they suggested contacting Vcat. These people are awful. They kept saying we would send your money tomorrow and, after 5 months, still nothing. Don't trust these organisations. They will probably answer here saying we are sorry please contact us but they will never answer. I know because it already happened.
We were having trouble adopting our first dog, until we contacted Pets Haven! They understood what we are after and which dog is the most suitable for us. So when there was one available, they contacted us straightaway and allowed us to spend time with him! We adopted him and we are so happy to have this new family member with us. By the way, Pets Haven is also very accessible for you to ask questions. They made our adoption journey a lot easier and we are so glad that we contacted them for adoption! Highly recommended!
Have to give these guys five stars, well I originally gave them 5 stars. Blonde short lady is very very rude and makes us feel like we are not welcome as she always is grumpy and complains alot. We always go in there on a Sunday afternoon …
